We remain open in (location) and committed to helping homeowners when we can do so safely. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the health concerns facing our communities, and following CDC recommendations and best practices regarding Covid-19. The health and safety of our team members and customers is our highest priority.

What safety measures have we taken?

When you choose Renewal by Andersen, you’ll work with a single project consultant to manage your job. On installation day, most of our master installers work in crews of two. Any teammate you invite into your home will follow CDC guidelines to limit the spread of the virus. We’ll even check with you before our visit to make sure your family members are feeling well.

We’ve increased the frequency of cleaning at our facilities. Every one of our vehicles carry waterless soap, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant surface wipes for frequent cleaning of hands, tools, and material surfaces. Our project consultants, technicians and installers are washing hands frequently. During the few visits we do make, you’ll see us wearing protective gloves and masks.

We’ve implemented social-distancing protocols, so please bear with us when we don’t shake your hand. We’re just trying to maintain a respectful distance. Our installers use Zip Walls to isolate the work area. Upon completion of any work, they will thoroughly disinfect the area before leaving your home.

With Renewal by Andersen, you’ll be working with a single company that will manage every aspect of your project, and much of your installation can be completed from the outside—often in just one day.
